- Manage evidence collection and closure of audit gaps
- Maintain SOX docs: risk/control matrices, narratives, process flows
- Monitor IT control effectiveness and remediation progress
- Guide control owners on SOX requirements and SDLC controls
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years IT audit and SOX experience in tech (Big 4 or in-house)
- Proven ability to scale SOX IT programs at pre-IPO companies
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Coupa
- Deep understanding of ITGCs, application controls, risk assessments
- Strong PM, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Accounting; CISA or similar a plus
