  • Define and evolve the strategic GTM for the Solutions Engineering function.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a global SE team across LATAM, partnerships, and SMB verticals.
  • Operate as a player-coach, actively engaging in strategic deals while developing team capabilities.
  • Support complex, six-figure sales cycles with technical guidance, architecture, demos, and PoCs.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and executive point of contact for large customers.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to shape verticalized GTM motions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years pre-sales as Sales Engineer, SE/Architect, or similar.
  • 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams with coaching.
  • Experience selling AI, data, or highly technical products (or AI curiosity).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; thrive under pressure to solve customer issues.
  • Humble, collaborative attitude; eager to learn and help the team.
  • Track record of revenue delivery and accurate forecasts.
