📋 Description

  • Lead a team of Solution Engineers supporting SMB GTM across North America.
  • Oversee daily ops of the global innovation center support, including ticketing.
  • Translate future possibilities into breakthrough strategies; partner with Sales for growth.
  • Actively work on deals and propose strategies to ensure success; remote deal support.
  • Foster a team within a team by collaborating with GIC, presales, and business units.
  • Recruit, ramp, and mentor a diverse Solutions Engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven success selling to mid-sized/large companies; influence executives; sponsor.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Value/Outcome-based selling.
  • Vision for Okta’s market opportunity and customer outcomes.
  • 8+ years of pre-sales experience with mentoring responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s of Science in engineering, science or mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Understanding NA market; willing to work NA hours (offshore in India).
