Manager, Solutions Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the AMER Majors/Commercial SA team.
• Ensure technical excellence across pre and post sales.
• Provide hands-on support for key accounts (presentations, reviews).
• Oversee and coach SA engagement on strategic accounts and deals.
• Partner with engineering to provide product feedback from the field.
• Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture/Engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in Next.js, React, Node.js, APIs, cloud infra.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in high-growth.
• Demonstrated success with enterprise and commercial customers.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success.
• Bonus: Experience with Vercel/Next.js or frontend frameworks.
