- 5+ years in AI software delivery with people management.
- Strong skills: Python, Java, Node.js; APIs/SDKs and cloud.
- Experience delivering AI SaaS projects with teams.
- Excellent communication with customers and partners.
- Set goals, motivate, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage multiple projects, risks, and deadlines.
