📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects; guide technical direction.
• Set goals; ensure timely delivery on LLM deployment projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team priorities with company goals.
• Player-coach; hands-on for strategic initiatives and customer engagements.
• Partner with sales on discovery calls; lead demos and technical scoping.
• Drive POC execution; scope POCs; coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineering support.

🎯 Requirements

• AI/ML background and ability to discuss AI topics credibly.
• 4+ years in Solutions Architecture; 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong customer-facing comms; structured discovery; clarify requirements.
• Technical depth to scope solutions without production code.
• Ability to script and prototype as needed, comfortable with vibe coding.
