🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, program management, hardware/software deployments, or complex technology environments.
- 5+ years leading senior individual contributors in high-accountability, customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to scale execution across multiple delivery models.
- Experience leading hardware and software deployments (infrastructure, networking, field ops) and CJIS compliance.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and SSRS/SQL Server insights.
