  • Lead and develop TAM team across embedded, regional, and travel delivery models.
  • Own portfolio-level delivery across agencies; ensure hardware deployments, software implementations, and workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery: planning, risk management, cross-functional coordination, lifecycle support.
  • Establish standards, playbooks, and best practices for hardware/software execution across TAM models.
  • Drive executive engagement: coach TAMs on communication with agency leadership and align delivery with commitments.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to align delivery with strategy and customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, program management, hardware/software deployments, or complex technology environments.
  • 5+ years leading senior individual contributors in high-accountability, customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to scale execution across multiple delivery models.
  • Experience leading hardware and software deployments (infrastructure, networking, field ops) and CJIS compliance.
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and SSRS/SQL Server insights.
