- Own and oversee the software delivery portfolio across ~15 projects.
- Manage portfolio health: budget, scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide senior oversight for complex, high-risk, cross-functional programs.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Contracting partners.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business or related field.
- 7 years of progressively responsible software project management experience.
- Experience supervising and mentoring PMs or engineers.
- Proven end-to-end delivery ownership: scope, schedule, budget, quality.
- Experience supporting business development: scoping and cost estimation.
- Strong SDLC knowledge; Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira (required) and Monday.com or equivalent.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into client-ready plans.
