Manager, Software Project Management

📋 Description

• Establish and monitor portfolio health: timelines, capacity, risks, dependencies, budget
• Own portfolio-wide resource management: forecast, allocate, rebalance capacity
• Provide senior oversight for complex, high-risk software projects
• Escalate delivery risks related to scope, schedule, cost, resourcing
• Serve as escalation point for project, delivery, and stakeholder issues
• Partner with Software Project Directors to align contracts, scope, and plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Business Admin, or related field
• 7 years of experience managing complex software projects or programs
• Experience supervising and mentoring software project managers/engineers
• Proven end-to-end delivery ownership (scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction)
• Experience supporting business development (proposal scoping, cost estimation)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum; Proficiency with Jira and Monday.com
