Manager, Software Project Management

📋 Description

• Owns and oversees the software delivery portfolio across ~15 active projects.
• Provide senior oversight of portfolio health: budget, scope, schedule, and risks.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, finance, and contracting on portfolio routines.
• Manage and develop a team of 3-5 Software Project Managers.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes through disciplined delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex software projects.
• Experience supervising/mentoring PMs and engineers with coaching feedback.
• End-to-end delivery ownership: scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira (required) and Monday.com or equivalents; budgeting and invoicing.
