Manager, Software Project Management

📋 Description

• Establish and monitor portfolio health metrics (timelines, capacity, risks, budget)
• Forecast and balance portfolio resources to hit utilization targets
• Provide senior oversight for complex, high‑risk software programs
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 Software Project Managers
• Collaborate across IS, finance, and contracting to align plans
• Serve as primary IS contact for portfolio-level executive communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business or related field
• 7+ years managing complex software projects/programs
• Experience supervising software PMs/engineers; coaching and feedback
• End‑to‑end delivery ownership: scope, schedule, budget, client satisfaction
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum; knowledge of hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with Jira (required) and Monday.com or equivalent
