🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading a high-output engineering team
• 5+ years on complex systems, focusing on performance, reliability, quality
• Proven track record mentoring and guiding senior engineers
• Proven ability to partner with product/development teams to meet needs
• Experience building animation and interaction frameworks
• Knowledge of runtime environments, e.g., game/browser engines
