📋 Description

• Lead the Front End Infrastructure team; mentor engineers.
• Define frontend platform roadmap and guide architecture decisions.
• Direct React Native, iOS, Android work and tooling strategy.

• Collaborate with product and design to shape the mobile platform roadmap.
• Remove blockers and ensure clear two-way communication with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software development.
• 1.5+ years engineering management.
• Hands-on frontend/mobile development to guide architectural decisions.
• React Native, iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) experience.
• Experience building developer infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation platforms.
