- Experience building cloud-native systems (AWS, Kubernetes) with IaC.
- Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD (Buildkite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Track record of operating highly reliable services (monitoring, on-call, postmortems) and leadership.
