Manager, Software Engineering (Cloud Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow infrastructure engineers to ensure product availability.
• Develop Internal Developer Platform and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Build and operate production software at internet scale.
• Collaborate with partners and engineering customers to improve their experience.
• Own and maintain infra processes and tooling, including your own tools.
• Build observability for internal infra services and provide frameworks for apps.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Azure and AWS tools and services.
• 10+ years in software infrastructure with 5+ years in management.
• Experience building and operating highly reliable distributed systems in the cloud.
• Customer-focused, tech passionate, pragmatic, and able to tackle ambiguous problems.
• Proven reliability improvements and operational automation for complex multi-tier systems.
• Strong product mindset with experience delivering large projects with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with monitoring systems and incident management.
• Experience operating Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Experience participating in incident response.
• Experience in FinTech is a bonus.
