📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team for international repayments.
• Mentor engineers to improve designs, code quality, and testing.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of your team's systems.
• Partner with product managers to design and build best-in-class collections systems.
• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams across the loan repayment lifecycle.
• Build relationships with senior management across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a software engineer with leadership and 1+ year as manager.
• Drive to improve consumer financial services.
• Experience growing and managing a high-performing team.
• Fluency in backend development.
• Experience architecting/building/launching consumer-scale products.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Knowledge of loans lifecycle and delinquency is a plus.
