Lead a team in India building our Document Automation platform, incl. docs and signing.
Own backend services, APIs, UI components, and deployment infra for docs.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, SRE, and other Eng Managers.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in team management.
Enterprise SaaS SDLC; backend/core services experience.
Strong SPA, microservices, APIs, OO design, concurrency, scalability.
Ability to hire, onboard, coach engineers and give feedback.
Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Nice-to-have: document automation, eSignature, or workflow security.
Familiar with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and production monitoring.
