📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a full-stack engineering team.
• Drive design reviews, code reviews, and engineering quality.
• Engage with customers to define product roadmaps and needs.
• Ensure milestones are met and coordinate with RD, BAs, QA.
• Hire, develop, and support engineers across levels.
• Foster ownership, quality, and a productive engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years SaaS design, implementation, deployment; Python, Jira, MySQL.
• 3+ years managing software teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience mentoring engineers in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication to multiple audiences.
• Self-directed, analytical, and team-oriented.
• Experience leading Agile teams; non-profits or social care.
