- Develop reps by identifying strengths and weaknesses and coaching.
π― Requirements
- 1-5 years management experience.
- Strong communication to enable evolving sales methodologies.
- Team development through coaching, metrics, and Socratic discussions.
- Experience forecasting a pipeline for all engagements.
- Closing experience in B2B SaaS, SMB or upmarket deals.
- Value-based selling and multi-threaded decision making.
