- 8+ years in sales, account management, CSM, or related revenue role.

- Experience leading a team focused on revenue retention, renewals, or churn.
- Proven success coaching negotiation, financial acumen, and high-stakes conversations.
- Experience identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
- Excellent written comms; synthesize trends and influence stakeholders.
