  • Lead a remote team of 8-10 Retention Account Managers to cut churn in SMB.
  • Drive retention outcomes through forecasting, pipeline discipline, and negotiation.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Analytics to surface churn drivers and improve merchant experience.

  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-impact merchant situations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, account management, CSM, or related revenue role.
  • 3-5 years direct people management in a quota-driven, performance environment.
  • Experience leading a team focused on revenue retention, renewals, or churn.
  • Proven success coaching negotiation, financial acumen, and high-stakes conversations.
  • Experience identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
  • Excellent written comms; synthesize trends and influence stakeholders.
