Develop, mentor, manage and coach SSU personnel to maintain quality standards.
Advocate career development and accountability for SSU staff.
Maintain routine 1:1 meetings to manage assigned tasks and career development.
May serve as SME support for Site Start up activities.
Ensure SSU personnel comply with SOPs, guidelines, project plans and regulatory requirements.
Ensure SSU personnel have resources, training, and system access to deliver.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field or equivalent.
A minimum of 6 years in clinical research including extensive Site Start-up experience.
Leadership experience or proven competencies for this position.
Demonstrated knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
Demonstrated competence in people management.
Fluency in English.
