📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Settlement Analysts.
• Manage daily settlement operations, reconciliations, and fail control.
• Oversee seg deficit management and segmentation reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate daily entries, adjustments, and corrections.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to design process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in brokerage operations and management (self-clearing broker-dealer).
• Leadership: proven ability to coach and manage high-performing teams.
• Securities licenses: Series 7, 24, and 53.
• Technical aptitude with DTC, NSCC, Obligation Warehouse, SMART Track; fixed-income processing.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and strong communication.
• Resilience and creative problem solving under pressure.
