Mortgage/HELOC servicing oversight for sub-servicers
Oversee daily operations by third-party sub-servicers
Monitor billing cycles, statements, interest accrual, min payment logic, fees
Validate payment application, refunds, adjustments, exceptions
Manage delinquency, charge-offs, recoveries, lifecycle events
Lead servicing product updates and change execution; ensure cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years mortgage/HELOC servicing ops experience
Direct experience with mortgage/HELOC servicers in regulated env
Strong understanding of servicing lifecycle: payments, escrow, delinquency, loss mitigation
Familiarity with Reg X, Reg Z, FCRA, UDAAP
Experience managing third-party servicing vendors
Strong analytical, reconciliation, risk management
MS Office proficiency
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
