Manager, Servicing Analytics

📋 Description

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights for portfolio performance
• Present analysis to senior management and clients (institutions and investors)
• Analyze diverse data sets to uncover insights
• Collaborate with Solar Servicing teams to optimize processes and performance
• Develop standardized reporting to enable leaders to improve portfolio performance
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve programs and forecast performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of analytics experience required
• Experience using Snowflake, Python, SQL, Excel, and/or Business Objects
• Demonstrated application of insights to improve business outcomes
• Experience transforming data into effective presentations of insights and recommendations
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
• Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
