- 10+ years IT experience; 4โ6 years in Service Delivery/PM; SDLC exposure.
- Experience managing Application Services/operations in managed services.
- Strong ITIL-based service delivery, governance, and ITSM practices.
- Certifications such as PMP or ITIL (nice to have).
- Experience with SaaS/enterprise application portfolios.
- Exposure to AI-assisted service management and analytics.
