  • Own and manage Application Services delivery (L2/L3 support, maintenance).
  • Single point of accountability for service outcomes; ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Lead service governance with weekly/monthly reviews and QBR support.
  • Oversee ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release.
  • Manage major incidents: coordinate resolution, RCA, preventive actions.
  • Identify automation and AI dashboards to optimize MTTR and reporting.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years IT experience; 4โ€“6 years in Service Delivery/PM; SDLC exposure.
  • Experience managing Application Services/operations in managed services.
  • Strong ITIL-based service delivery, governance, and ITSM practices.
  • Certifications such as PMP or ITIL (nice to have).
  • Experience with SaaS/enterprise application portfolios.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted service management and analytics.
