Manager/Senior Manager, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Lead daily O2C operations across order management, billing, credit, and collections.
• Primary escalation point for O2C matters; ensure billing accuracy and credit evaluation.
• Run reviews on aging, billing quality, SLA, and exceptions; identify risks.
• Own O2C metrics (DSO, aging, disputes, billing accuracy) and drive cash-flow actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Rev Rec) to support GTM initiatives; escalate issues and resolve independently.
• Lead a team of 3-4 analysts; establish performance expectations and cross-training.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in order-to-cash, including billing and/or credit & collections in SaaS.
• Strong operational discipline and working capital awareness.
• Confident engaging cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Rev Rec).
• Structured thinker with bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
• Experience leveraging O2C tools and automation to drive efficiency (Klarity, CreditPulse, Tesorio; Zuora).
• Leadership experience leading 3-4 analysts across order management/billing and credit/collections.
