Draft, review, and negotiate pharma manufacturing contracts (supply, logistics, tech transfer)
Act as senior escalation point for high-risk/complex matters
Provide contract analysis and risk assessments; support disputes
Ensure alignment with policies, regulatory frameworks, and best practices
Lead AI-enabled contracting transformation and clause analytics adoption
Build relationships with Legal, Procurement, R&D, and Tech Ops stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Legally eligible to work in Poland
Qualification as a lawyer (or equivalent)
8+ years of legal experience in pharma manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain
Expertise in pharma manufacturing agreements (DS/DP, tech transfer, supply, device development, logistics)
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Icertis)
Experience collaborating with Legal, Procurement, and global stakeholders
