Manager, Security Operations / Facility Security Officer (FSO)

📋 Description

• Lead and scale enterprise-wide security ops across all Vast locations.
• Leadership oversight for site security teams, vendors, guards, and contracts.
• Direct responses to significant security incidents and critical events.
• Drive crisis management, emergency prep, and business continuity.
• Develop long-term physical security strategies, policies, governance.
• Act as liaison for clearance processes and facility security compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years managing security teams with at least 3 years as FSO/CSSO for DoD/IC programs.
• Certified FSO with relevant credentials.
• Experience leading FCL process for security clearances.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with in-scope polygraph.
• CPP certifications or PSP preferred.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
