Manager, Security Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the Security Operations team and align with stakeholders.
• Manage 24/7 monitoring, incident response plans, and investigations.
• Design and operate a risk-based vulnerability mgmt program.
• Oversee security tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, IAM/IGA.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, NIST, ISO and run tabletop drills.
• Budget management, KPI reporting, and staff performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years in information security.
• 5+ years leading security teams.
• IAM, SIEM, incident mgmt, and vulnerability mgmt.
• Experience with COBIT, SSAE18, ISO27000, PCI DSS, SOX.
• Strong written and verbal comms; stakeholder influence.
• Firewall, IDS/IPS, AD, endpoints, cloud services.
• Penetration testing tools and incident response (UEBA, EDR).
• Senior-level information security / SOC experience.
