📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of analysts and engineers.
• Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation.
• Bridge security engineering with operations needs.
• Drive automation and AI mindset for detection and response.
• Incident and infrastructure leadership; deploy SIEM, CNAPP, SWG, EDR.
• Partner with Engineering to secure production by default.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Security Engineering or Operations.
• Proficiency with AWS and GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL.
• Experience maturing vulnerability management across code, containers, cloud.
• AI adoption to automate security tasks and improve detection.
• Data-driven leadership using metrics (MTTR, burn-down).
• Familiarity with SaaS controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
