📋 Description

• Lead security engineers; 1:1s, career development.
• Define security roadmap aligned with NIST CSF/CIS/SOC 2.
• Run daily standups; plan tactical work.
• Partner with Platform, SRE, Legal, IT, Product for SDLC security.
• Incident response: runbooks, tabletop exercises, on-call.
• Product and cloud security across AWS; continuous monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years managing security engineers; hiring and performance calibration.
• Comfortable running daily standups and 1:1s as core rituals.
• Translate CSF/CIS Controls into OKRs and sprint work.
• Hands-on with AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA), penetration testing.
• Cloud security (AWS), SIEM, alert pipelines; reduce noise.
• Cross-functional work with engineering, SRE, IT, and legal; third-party risk.
