Manager, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Own security engineering across corporate systems and tooling
• Partner with product security teams on shared responsibilities
• Lead security controls and tooling at scale (IAM, data security, SaaS)
• Balance people leadership with hands-on implementation
• Align strategies with cross-functional partners to mitigate risk
• Drive risk-based security initiatives across the org

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience
• 3+ years managing security engineering teams
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Hands-on experience designing and operating security controls at scale
• Software development in Python and Go
• Hands-on with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
