📋 Description

  • Hire and build out Pune Sales Ops team with Sr. Director
  • Lead day-to-day activities of Pune-based sales ops team (Tier 1, analytics)
  • Identify process optimization opportunities with best practices
  • Support Sr. Director to build data analytics strategy and insights for GTM
  • Based in Pune, India; hybrid model; travel not required
  • Work hours: 2pm–11pm IST

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales operations, preferably in High-Tech or SaaS
  • 3+ years in a sales ops leadership role with India-based team experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute global projects
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and BI skills with exec-ready presentations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end sales process from Lead to Cash
