🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B sales with experience managing and coaching Account Executives
  • Proven track record closing SMB deals and managing SMB pipelines end to end
  • Strong commercial judgement with ability to prioritize leads and forecast accurately
  • Deep experience coaching AEs on closing, negotiation, and pipeline management
  • Comfortable managing multi stakeholder deal cycles with business owners and finance teams
  • Excellent communication skills and high accountability in fast paced environments
