🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales with coaching Account Executives.
  • Proven track record closing SMB deals end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial judgement with forecasting ability.
  • Experience coaching AEs on closing, negotiation, and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles incl finance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
