📋 Description

  • Translate NA strategy into business plans, OKRs, and revenue initiatives.
  • Track performance against strategic goals with data-driven accountability.
  • Lead GTM for new ad products and growth strategies with scalable frameworks.
  • Design territories and capacity models with Sales Leadership and Finance for headcount strategy.
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with executive-ready insights.
  • Drive close-the-gap strategies to hit revenue targets with cross-functional plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue or Commercial Strategy, or Management Consulting within Digital Advertising.
  • Proven experience in territory design, capacity planning and GTM operationalization.
  • Strategic thinker connecting daily execution to long-term business shifts.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (or BI tool) connecting data sources and creating dashboards; SQL preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the sales stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a leading college or university.
