  • Territory design, capacity planning, and GTM operationalization.
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics or BI tools; connects multiple data sources; SQL preferred.
  • CRM systems experience (prefer Salesforce) and the sales stack.
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills; identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or higher; experience in high-growth, matrixed environments; ownership mindset.
