🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in a CPG demand forecasting role
- Driver-based forecasting and IBP experience required
- Forecasting model optimization and use of technology
- ERP/forecasting tools: NetSuite, VIP, Circana, Nielsen, Vividly
- Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, logic, charts, Power Query/Pivot)
