📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse Sales Engineers team.
  • Ensure high-quality pre-sales execution and customer experience.

  • Enforce disciplined qualification and engagement sizing to avoid low-quality opportunities.

  • Act as escalation point for prioritisation, scope, or execution risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience coaching and developing ICs.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering or similar pre-sales in B2B SaaS/fintech.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, formally or informally.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or fintech ecosystems is preferred.
  • Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
