📋 Description

  • Lead and coach the AMER Enterprise Sales Engineering team.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive new business.
  • Own the full technical sales cycle: demos, RFIs/RFPs, security & implementation questions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective technical selling motions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales engineering leadership.
  • 10+ years SaaS pre-sales, sales, or related tech exp.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional decisions at executive level.
