  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive Americas pipeline strategy, incl. new-logo and cross-sell.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team with strong pipeline.
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for sales-ready opportunities.
  • Build relationships with Sales, Channel, and Marketing for alignment and GTM execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted call-downs and direct-to-market campaigns.
  • Work with Sales/Marketing Ops and IT to enhance SDR tools and workflows (SFDC) for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience leading an SDR team.
  • Inside sales experience.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple countries, languages and time zones.
  • High volume outbound, phone based lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Sales Leadership for mutual outcomes.
  • Experience with technical hi tech products.
