- 3+ years experience leading an SDR team.
- Inside sales experience.
- Experience leading teams across multiple countries, languages and time zones.
- High volume outbound, phone based lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Sales Leadership for mutual outcomes.
- Experience with technical hi tech products.
