  • Lead and develop an agile SDR team with strong leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred; 2-4 yrs relevant experience
  • 2+ years software sales as a closer preferred
  • Coaching SDRs on large-enterprise prospecting and generation
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Managing SDR KPIs and reporting results
  • Sales training, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator a plus
