  • Set and maintain a high-performing culture by supervising mid-market SDRs and quotas.
  • Hire and train SDRs on Ramp product, buyer personas, competition, and tools.
  • Develop leadership plans including 1:1 mentoring, time management, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with mid-market AEs and marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives.
  • Report performance and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Improve efficiency by optimizing systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years quota-carrying sales as an individual contributor with a proven track record.
  • 2+ years building and leading sales development teams with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Fast-paced GTM experience, ideally SaaS, with outbound quota attainment.
  • Passion for hiring and team development.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and email/call automation.
  • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to executive leaders.
