  • Proven track record growing and scaling teams across multiple European countries.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures in EMEA.
  • GDPR, EU AI Act, and key EU regs for enterprise sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce and the sales technology stack.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
