- Proven success building and scaling high-performance SDR teams.
- Strong background in coaching, enablement, and AE readiness.
- Experience at a playbook-driven company (structured, repeatable processes central to success).
- Versatility across people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.
- Fluent in English.
