  • Directly manage inbound and Mid-Market floater SDR team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Senior Sales Directors to meet objectives.
  • Report to the Director of Sales Development.
  • Onboard and train new SDRs.
  • Oversee day-to-day SDR operations including meeting setting and productivity metrics.
  • Lead SDR organization to meet or exceed lead generation metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years in sales or sales development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, CRMs, and MS Office
  • Proven success managing, inspiring and developing a lead generation team
  • Strong prospecting, objection handling, lead gen/qualification, email campaigns
  • Prior experience with a sales team is valuable
