  • Lead and develop an agile SDR team with strong leadership
  • Liaise with marketing, sales leaders, and internal teams for SDR programs
  • Create training and enablement sessions for the team
  • Train and coach the team on solutions, KPIs, and pipeline management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and tools
  • Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years in software sales as a closer (preferred)
  • Experience coaching SDRs on large-enterprise prospecting and opportunities
  • Proven quota achievement as an individual
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
