  • Lead outbound SDR team, scale programs to generate pipeline.
  • Coach reps on messaging for Enterprise/Corporate pipeline.
  • Cultivate coaching culture; ramp new reps and Webflow knowledge.

  • Track and report weekly metrics; forecast against goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
  • Belief that sales is phone-based, with other channels
  • Cross-functional work with Marketing and Enterprise Sales
  • Thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously
  • Experience hiring/onboarding and developing early-career reps
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach/Salesloft
  • Experience in a closing role with full-cycle outbound
  • Passion for developing people and giving feedback
  • Open to growth; fluency in AI and emerging tech
