- 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
- Belief that sales is phone-based, with other channels
- Cross-functional work with Marketing and Enterprise Sales
- Thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously
- Experience hiring/onboarding and developing early-career reps
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach/Salesloft
- Experience in a closing role with full-cycle outbound
- Passion for developing people and giving feedback
- Open to growth; fluency in AI and emerging tech
