📋 Description

  • Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent.
  • Coach on sales model and MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger.
  • Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls/meetings.
  • Provide weekly performance summaries and accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable lead management processes and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years prospecting and closing as an individual contributor.
  • 2+ years leading/managing with hiring and development track record.
  • Complex enterprise software sales with multi-level decision making.
  • Open source software sales experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; credible with all levels.
  • Experience with MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger; Salesforce.com familiarity.
