📋 Description

  • Lead and support the SDR team toward goals, quota achievement
  • Collaborate with marketers to support multi-channel ABM campaigns via SDRs
  • Report on individual/segment/team impact; maintain activity cadence reports
  • Create, measure and optimize cadences and outreach using A/B testing
  • Build strong cross-functional SDR relationships with sales/marketing to maximize effectiveness
  • Create activity and impact dashboards to monitor team performance

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and activity quotas
  • Deep understanding of SFDC (reports, dashboards, tasks)
  • Previous experience in software sales
  • 2+ years in sales development, lead generation or sales role
  • Experience with an account development tool
